The platform
The engineering layer your PLM never had.
FTT connects measurements, patterns, grading and technical documentation around one parametric garment model — without replacing the tools your technical team already uses.
What FTT is
One technical model. Every document generated from it.
Product development runs on documents. A measurement table, a pattern file, a grading sheet, a sketch, a tech pack — each one true on its own, each one maintained by hand, each one drifting from the others the moment something changes. A PLM records that drift. It does not remove it.
FTT works one layer below. Every technical measurement is a canonical object with an official name, a global code, a dimensional regime and a grading law. Each customer keeps their own wording, codes, layers and size systems on top of it. Patterns are captured from the CAD you already run, their native geometry preserved, and connected to those measurements as controlled parameters. Grading stops being a copied table and becomes a rule derived from the values themselves.
From there, one engineering change updates every connected output: base pattern geometry, the graded size range, sketch dimensions, tech pack tables and the model audit. We don’t replace pattern CAD — we capture from it. Your technical team keeps its established tools, and FTT provides the engineering intelligence between them. AI accelerates the work; technical approval remains human.
