Fhort Textile Tech Product development, structured

The platform

Parametric garment development.

Change a measurement — and the size table, the tech pack and the pattern follow. Your technical knowledge stops living in spreadsheets and someone’s head.

Built inside a working technical office. Used daily for:

  • Losan
  • Brownie
  • Anvito
  • Guitare
  • Hexogen
  • Miltec
  • Syttex

The product

The product, on three screens.

The living model — every measurement, fitting and decision in one place.

Grading that propagates. Edit the base size; the whole table recalculates.

Tech packs connected to real data. Change a value, the PDF follows.

The loop

From fitting to pattern. Without retyping a single value.

Fitting corrections flow into the model. The graded pattern is regenerated — deterministic geometry, reviewed by your technician — and exported in your CAD’s format. FTT doesn’t draw: your CAD does. FTT adjusts, parametrizes, and keeps its own layer inside the DXF without touching yours. No other system in the industry walks this path end to end.

  1. Pattern
  2. Grading table
  3. Edit one value
  4. Pattern redrawn

Who it’s for

Made for the whole technical office.

Pattern making

Where the craft lives: POMs, grading rules, tolerances, fittings with history. The Excels stop piling up.

Production & planning

One task in progress per technician, real measured times, delivery dates that are computed — not wished for.

Management

From order to delivery with full traceability. Cost per model from measured work, not estimates.

Studios

Quote, freeze the recipe, deliver by model, invoice what was actually done. Built for teams working for third parties.

IT

Schema-level tenant isolation. Your data, exportable anytime. No installation, no server to maintain.

Pricing

Planning doesn’t consume. Working does.

A platform fee per company — not per seat — plus a single charge per model started. FTT doesn’t penalize collaboration by charging for chairs.

Not a PLM

The layer PLMs don’t see.

Traditional PLM manages the product record. FTT engineers the product: measurements, grading, fittings, patterns — the technical development layer where garments are actually made right. They can coexist; they don’t compete.

Free

Free is not a crippled demo.

No 14-day trial. No read-only mode. No padlocked tools. A real, permanent tenant with the full technical depth of FTT — limited in scale, never in understanding. Coming soon.

FAQ

Questions we actually get.

Does FTT replace my CAD (Lectra, Gerber, Tuka)?

No. Your CAD draws; FTT parametrizes and governs the technical data around it. We import and export your DXF, adding our own layer without touching yours.

Is FTT a PLM?

FTT covers the technical development layer PLMs don’t reach. If you run a PLM, FTT sits upstream of it.

How long does onboarding take?

The standard FTT catalog works from day one. Adapting FTT to your own vocabulary, size systems and grading (Technical Mapping) is scoped after a short diagnostic (TMA).

Who owns the data?

You do. Every tenant is isolated at database schema level and exportable in standard formats at any time.

Do you charge per user?

No. Platform fee per company, plus a charge per model started. Extra users are a minor add-on, not the business model.

Can I try it without talking to sales?

That’s the point of the Free tier — coming soon. Meanwhile, book a demo and we’ll show you the loop on your own tech packs.
